Product Overview

As a calibration blackbody, the medium-temperature area source blackbody is calibrated with standard instruments from the Metrology Institute and can stably provide blackbody radiation with equivalent temperature for real-time temperature calibration during the temperature measurement process of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement systems. It features a wide operating range, large radiation area, short constant temperature time, and good temperature stability.

Product Features

  • The blackbody radiation surface is sandblasted and coated with high emissivity coating, which does not fade or peel at high temperatures;
  • The radiation surface features a pyramid design with high effective emissivity;
  • High temperature control accuracy and good temperature stability;
  • The heating part is separated from the outer shell and equipped with a heat dissipation air duct, effectively reducing the outer shell temperature;
  • Calibrated with standard instruments from the Metrology Institute to ensure temperature accuracy;
  • Multiple temperature points can be corrected to ensure temperature accuracy.
